General IT Support

WCEC provides IT support for it's employees through a partnership with Level 4 Managed Service Providers.  Through this partnership, WCEC provides software and services to it's employees that are designed to make sure you have the tools and support in order to complete your projects efficiently and quickly.

Our partnership with Level 4 allows us to offer employees 24/7 proactive monitoring of your devices along with anti-virus and anti-malware, patch management including 3rd party softwares, data backup and archiving and remote support.

Software

WCEC can provide software from companies such as Bentley, Autodesk, Microsoft, Adobe, Dropbox for Business and others. After your requests have been approved, we will help you get it installed and licensed.

Support

Support for certain products are provided by the developer of that software. For example, Bentley product support is provided by Bentley. Please login to your Bentley account and use the Connection Center to submit a trouble ticket.
